Recently, a part time staff member accepted a ftd.com order (we don't accept their orders); I found about it today when I was trying to catch up on some paper work. I realized there was a problem when I saw the code 38-1111; she swears she was told it was ftd.com

I got burned before the TRIAGE started!

Rock, yes I too admit that I got burned by a TF Member number a few years ago. The scum was reported to TF and I found out that this person was an OLD REDBOOK member who used his old number to BURN others. TF could careless when I complained about it..said they would send the Field Service Rep out there and send a Letter.

I'm still waiting for that Bridge they sold me in Alaska!.
