From you credit card fraud?

A former ftd employee told me that the scumbag that owns From You Flowers was convicted of credit card fraud about 10 years ago. How can he process credit cards if he has served time in prison for credit card fraud? How can Proflowers do business with a guy that is such a low life. Prolowers + From You Flowers = Fraud!!!

I was told by a former ftd emplyee that Dave Adams from Proflowers AKA From You Flowers has served time for credit card fraud. Do you know how someone like this can be alowed to take credit cards. ProFlowers + From You Flowers = Credit Card Fraud!!!!!!

That's a hefty allegation and I hope the FTD rep has facts to back it up. There's plenty of reasons not to like FU Flowers, but this is a new one.

WS reps are notorious for spreading FUD about anybody they don't like so be very, very wary and consider the source.

I know nothing of that truth..but I do know someone who double charged cards to get through holidays for years and when he finally got caught he just had to pay the cc company back...didn't lose his cc abilities simply because they needed him to be able to make a living to pay back the money he stole...they ended up keeping all of his cc sales til it was paid and audited the statement for dups...he wasn't so lucky when the state found out he was keeping taxes and child support money from employess withholdings.....and not filing it...that was a real scumbag..

Dis-information is one of the wires most used tactics....

I just ran some quick searches on Adams, and found nothing regarding any court cases, at least not in the few I ran. It's possible there are some out there that I did not locate. I'd be careful putting that out there, especially considering the source....
