Can anyone in Canada tell me how they have resolved the negative billing issue for Norton with FTD?
I know it was discussed in an earlier thread, but my friend, whose shop I'm in at the moment, is being billed for the disc she never received and doesn't want. She's already protected by Norton. They are charging $15.00/month. I told her I'd post here and get great advice.
