FTD call center in my area.

I started my Night School teaching job tonight, and one of my students I've had for a couple of years works at the FTD call center in Medford Oregon.

She told me that there were people there who were trained for just certain OGs, like Justflowers.com and other OGs she told me about. She said they get orders every day for Teleflora florists, who think they are talking to TF or something like this, and they take the order and do something with it under the table. She says they fill other TF orders too, but aren't told much about them. I don't know what she is talking about. She also told me she was taught that BFB flowers were direct from the grower and was supposed to tell people that.

Anywho, I'm not sure if it makes sense to anyone else, but I thought I'd pass it on.

You lost me Brandon.... started off about FTD then switched to TF... does the call center handle both?

They "fill other orders"... how do they fill them? Simply transfering them to other florists? Do they have any Technology in place besides the telephone?

Well there is only one obvious course of action here...Daz, you need to kidnap this women and torture her until she gives up ALL the dirty little wire secrets! [lol] You have hit paydirt...you now have a "mole" inside the "castle", AND your her teacher??
