Ftd called about me calling OG whores & pimps

He says there are two sides to each story, and I said no in this case Flowers Sent Today, thier story is accurate, and I stand firm to what I said.
They send and order for $40.00 and charge the customer additional $22.00 for delivery.$12.99 standard, plus $8.00 for same day, plus $4.00 since it was already after 2 pm on Saturday.
No way am I going to deliver it for $40.00
So when the guy from Flowersenttoday calls back, I call him a pimp for taking full page ads in my town when he is back east. For good measure, I ask to speak to his manager and called her a whore.

So I tell the FTD rep, I was speaking from my heart and I stand by it with no apologies, and do what you want. In fact I added another adjective for that company and called the OG "c**k s*****s".
He was understanding, and apologetic for not being able to relay my message to flowerssenttoday. You go in bed with whores, then live with the filth.

Are you saying that they charged the customer $86.99 for what they wanted to give you $40? How did you learn that? I detest FST also.

While your were at it why didn't you call FTd the biggest pimp and whore out there, and see how your rep would take it. Amazing how desparate these Og's can get trying to get an order filled , my latest tactic is to ask for a $100.00 service charge in order to swallow my pride , only asked for to OG scum and amazing how quick they will cancel . For the most part they leave us alone , but everyonce in a while they will come calling and everytime they get the same response. No point in lowering yourself to their level and using nasty words , take the high road and ask them for something more than the order is worth and they will get lost on their own accord.

I placed an order with them for $29, and the total came to $53.52.
Funny thing is they dont disclose delivery fees, and its deceptive. If you select todays deliver day, they will tell you that since its the same day, there will be an extra fee, and if you want within 4 hours, or if you order in the pm, they will automatically charge you another extra fee.
They beauty of it is that when you are finally done, then they tack on the original $12.99 delivery fee.

You are right. Although it felt good to curse at the guy from FST, for the next few days I did feel kind of angry at myself for doing it. I usually always forward the orders right away, but when the guy calls me and tells me $40.00 including delivery, I let him have it. I wish I had not, but I wont lie to FTD about what I said.
