Yesterday, I received an email FROM FTD "chic bouquets starting under $30", and when I opened the email, it was FLORIST.COM webpage, but "you have received this email from FTD.COM". I called their 800 number and they are also probaskets.com and roses.com.

By the way, all of these arrangements are cubes with LILIES.

I called FTD, no one knew who "handles those emails, maybe .com" but was on hold forever with them.

So now, we need FTD sending emails for what appears to be an OG?

Wonder what would happen for their stockholders if every real florist resigned from all wire services, after refusing every single OG, .com or WS order for a month--perhaps then they would get the message. They would have to drop ship every order and that would be a disaster for those who order from them direct (for the last time).

Anyone know about this "affiliation" of florist.com with FTD? Their website says "A trusted partner of FTD" and bears the logo.

Perhaps the WS's need to understand there may only be "one more straw" needed for alot of florists...

I've learned so much in such little time here at FC. March 5th codification deadlines are approaching....I can't wait for the phone to ring...:flower:

Cheers!
