FTD does it again...

Just looked at my FTD statement today and there is a new charge on there that I have not seen before. They are now charging for supending and resuming your system... Dang I'm glad I dropped them. I thought I was doing a courtesy for suspending my system from Christmas to the 29th and I get charged for it.

No kidding guys. It took me a while to get to the part of the statement that defined the charge but sure enuff it is listed under suspend,resume etc.

I noticed the same thing before I dropped FTD. We don't usually do the suspend thing since we live here, I just reject or fill as I decide. One time just before we quit we were gone and I had to suspend. Voila! Charged on statement! What a crock!!!

Even for FTD, that's a low blow. How much is the charge?

I'm Telefloral, suspend every holiday that we are not open and have never been charged for that. Have other TF members experienced this charge.????

Nope, sorry, I have never paid TF to suspend my system and I do it every time we close for a holiday or our annual vacation.
