Every once in a while( 2x this week!) an order will come in to the control panel and then not print. Printer is fine, set up is fine. Anyone else experience this or know what might be happening??

Yes have had this happen twice already this week.
Also, if I leave my program running and pc running 24 hours, it freezes up and have to reboot in the a.m. So I turn it off when I leave, turn on when I open.
