This just goes to show you that being a florist from the phone up is a skilled job....There is so much information that you have to know about just to make a sale...from flower choices to funeral home info and hospital protocols, address anomalies, I am sure if there was more proper training and this girl was allowed to stick with it her times would have gotten better, but this is skilled job from the order taking to the order making to the order delivery....and we don't get the credit we deserve for getting hundreds of orders executed in all three steps perfectly...people have no idea how difficult that can be...
For Valentine's day I had 110 deliveries, not one complaint, not on order taking, not on what was made and sent, not on quality, not on delivery....that is very good for me and impresses me, but how many people know that..Nursing homes get awards when they have an incident free year, we should get awards for incident free holidays..
