FTD makes another change at the top

Bill Van Cleave has "ended " his relationship with FTD as of the 20th. Here is the official version.
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On November 20, 2007, William J. Van Cleave resigned as an Executive Vice President of FTD Group, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of December 1, 2007. Mr. Van Cleave did not cite any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

With Mike Soenen moving up, Bill out seems there may something going on. Time for a real florist type to be head of FTD and help find the value of real local florists.

I was going to speculate that he wasn't offered Mike's job or perhaps management isn't happy with FTD. Only met him once and he seemed nice.
