Got an e-mail, then a phone call from a local customer wanting local delivery of a gift he saw on the .com web site, p-685 or p-687. Called supply div; pot is not available, item is a drop ship item. Will e-mail .com for the source info. No return phone call; called supply div again, was given the "Florists HOT LINE" number at .com to call. "YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO GET CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS ON THAT ITEM, IT IS NOT A FLORIST DELIVERED ITEM." Try calling either of the main FTD numbers, ext 4944. That number turns out to be Technology Service Desk!!!

Then again, maybe not as they have clearly chosen to EXCLUDE their own members from the WIN WIN side of the ALTERNATIVE GIFT GIVING OPTIONS!
I remember pushing for GIFTS as far back as John Borden and continued that quest for our members with Meg Whitman. Only problem with Meg was that: "Well John, that's just NOT ON MY RADAR SCREEN RIGHT NOW!"
Then, and when Meg moved on to EBAY, continued to push it with little dick and small bob.
Seems they liked the idea so much, they decided to KEEP IT ALL FOR THEMSELVES!
