National Accounts...Hmmm.....used to be....naw nevermind, I'd have to delete mine too....
No offense to my friends that are "National Accounts", I **Used ** to be...bau as I have seen and heard with my own eyes and ears...many of those that were in the Top **member** group have been moved down the kissing pole in favor of DECEPTIVE Order Gatherers like Kay's that the wire services REFUSE to do anything about!

Basically it's based on order volume...the Top1-250 shops last I knew...do you accept Da Dot's orders, do you buy the containers, calendars etc...do you "promote" FTD...etc...

In Our Case....
it means I have a Rolidex card with the name and phone number of a designated individual who tells me what I want to hear, then does nothing he has promised to do! He also lies about almost anything to get me off the phone, so I haven't bothered to call him in a long time! Sorry Boss, we're lucky if we're in the top 2500!

Yep we got one of those cards too......if I remember right all the florists that posted on the defunct FTD Bulletin Board recieved one of these nice cards with a letter from FTD welcoming them as a National Account member when they closed the Board.

I didn't , and really don't want 1 , more than likely had to do with some of the contents of my posts on the ftd board than the fact I posted there. But then again I don't and won't fill the scum from OG's and don't and won't buy their containers. Proud to say my nose is free of FTD brown.
