FTD, on thin ice with me again.....

GOt a domestic retrans order today.
Staff takes the order, I tell her first the address is incomplete. Second I want to know that florist who sent this order. FTD staff MarieBeth says they dont have this info. I tell my staff to ask again, same reply. Tell my staff to put on hold and I talk with FTD staff. She replies they dont have that info. I tell her either I get that info or I don't fill order for them. Ok then she replies and hangs up.
I know for a fact they have the florist info where it came from.
I will call the people at FTD next week and have a chat with them.
Its simple. play my game by my rule or don't play at all....

Luc , anything that they try to pass here like that , we don't touch without the Florist info , we refuse to fill. Have even given Hq a list of OG's and others that we won't fill for , but yet they still try , last one told me florist was from Toronto area , which shop , I don't need to know, well if you don't tell me then I don't fill, finally was told Loblaws, told them to tell Loblaw's to kiss my arse. Haven't been bothered in a couple of weeks , but when they get stuck I'm sure they will ask again.
