FTD "There is no florist in that town"

was told for the 3rd time since Mother's Day today.."My daughter/son tried to send flowers to me for Mother's Day but they were told that there was no FTD florist in Millinocket".......... Well, that just sucks because FTD has chosen not to "call forward" an order because my mercury direct was down..... Can't imagine what my "non" rep will say when I hit him with this one. Even at $29.99/month, for them to lie because they are too lazy to call an order in to me over a busy holiday and for them to lie to consumers is frankly the last straw. In the next few months they really will have NO florist in this area....

I hope that you gave those customers the info needed for their sons/daughters to order directly from you. FTD acts like they could care less about customer service to the buyer and the florist. They would be getting my termination notice and like you said "they won't have a florist in that town". This is the type of thing that pushes you over the edge.

So much for FTD's "Customer Service". I wish you could charge FTD a "Distortion of the Facts Fee" for every time they state something that is not true.
