FTD vs TF fees charged...

just found out today that TF does not charge the filling florist for refusing an order. If an order comes in and we do not want to fill if for what ever reason and reject it, we do not get charged. Unlike FTD that charges you whether you fill it or reject it.
Seems to me that FTD needs to meet this policy. After all they play monkey see monkey do every time their is an excuse to charge us MORE money...

addressed....or the other option is send an ASK bumping up the price, and THEY can cancel.
