Funeral flowers: a 13,000+ year tradition!

A recent archaeological investigation of a Stone Age grave in Haifa, Israel has turned up evidence that flowers have gone hand in hand with death since at least 13,000 years ago. The Natufian grave that was excavated contained remnants of various colorful and fragrant blooms!
