Gift Basket for San Diego

I wonder if anyone knows a company that makes gift baskets for young children. We're looking for someone in San Diego to make a basket for a 3 year old boy who loves cars. Value around $100. We have a company here in Toronto who can make one, but the shipping would be $80!
