I have someone picking up a wedding on Friday for a Saturday wedding out of state. I would like to glue all my flowers will they last a 4 hour car ride, then fridge then the whole next day? Just curious. I am in the middle of stopping my wiring headaches. Took a class with J Scwanke on gluing, LOVE IT! Thanks J!

well the glue will be fine BUT a 4 hour car ride might not be to good! can they bring a styro cooler with a little ice bag and then place the flowers in . Not directly on the ice elevate off ice. spray good with C.G should be good to go.. good luck you might want them to sign a agreement about the long drive and flowers not making it....

What tracy said.

When I travel say to DC with flowers thats how I transport. I recommend saving those gel packs you sometimes get from flower shipments, they last much longer. I use ziplock bags and I swear thats the trick. I pick up those cheap styro coolers at Job Lots for a buck and a half. They should be fine.

Echo the same coments - If you treat your flowers with an anti-transpirant such as Crowning Glory or Chrysal Glory..........and they use a little ice chest with some of the gel packs and put the corsages in zip-loc bags.........They should be fine.

I use the plastic corsage and bout. boxes. This keeps them from being crushed and protects your design to stay intact till wedding. You should be good to go. Spray heavy with Crown & Glory. The flowers used in your design will be a large part in duration.
