We have been in the business for 5 years, providing floral concierge services - custom design, superior customer service for weddings, events and all personal and business occasions. The owner is on the board of the Arizona State Florist Association, and the owner/designer and staff designers have all taken various classes - we are committed to continuing education. We operate out of a retail space where clients can shop for personal gift items (jewelry, gift baskets, purses and more) to go along with their florals, or as a gift on their own.

I am curious about this community and its purpose, and am looking forward to offering whatever ideas and resources I can as well.

Thank you for your interest in our community. To answer your question this community is a place for professionals in the floral industry. We come together to discuss ALL aspects of our industry. We bounce ideas off from each other and teach each other things we have learned along the way. We are a shoulder to lean on during tough times, both in the industry and personally. We pat each other on the back for a job well done. In a nut shell we are family.

I echo Carrieann's questions. Also, what is your position at the shop?

I like the way you describe your shop as a "concierge"...I notice you have a Teleflora website. Are you a retail shop that markets to a higher end niche, or a studio concierge(office space with no cooler)? Sorry to be nosy, I'm just curious!
