Hey all,
I've never, ever had a bride tell me to just go wild with centerpieces. I tend to get a lot of budget brides (I'm way out in the boonies), and have noticed people going really minimal with things.
Here's the thing. I just signed a sponsorship deal to provide florals and decoration for a HUGE charity event. The room is circular with vaulted ceilings and floor-ceiling windows around most of it. Gorgeous!
Anyway, because of the way I worked the deal, I can go as crazy with it as I want. I'm using it as an opportunity to try stuff I haven't had the opportunity to - such as eiffel towers. I haven't decided if I'm going for all whites, or a combination of hot pinks with purple and lavender accents.. but I have the basic shapes and ideas decided on.
I know how excited I was when I found the details of the deal, and when I saw the room, knowing I'd be running wild. I'm curious... if you were given a situation where you were *absolutely* in control of flowers, colors, design, etc.. what would you do?
