Gold Medalion!!! called yeterday 2 times in a row - I said NO! Today he called 3 times in a row- He didn't want to hear NO!! He was extreamly RUDE! Just venting and giving everyone else a FYI. Oh, and he offered membership at half off.

Do not use Gold Medallion

We signed up with them just over a year ago with the promise that we had tons of visitors interested in sending flowers to our area. If half of what we were told were true, we would have renewed.

We did not receive one order from Gold Medallion in the entire year. I called to ask why we hadn't received anything about 4-5 months in, and they sounded very concerned and told me they would call back. I never heard back from them.

Don't use Gold Medallion, it is a giant book of shops that were persuaded by tricky salespeople, and I'm convinced that's it.

Directories we like: flower shop network, locateaflowershop.com, and localflowershop.com. If you're not with them, seriously consider it.

Worked for me! They did try calling for 2 weeks after, and I instructed my employees to do the same as I.

I saw their directory a while ago in a shop and there were only 12 members CT. They listed these 12 members in so many towns it wasn't even funny -- towns an hour away and longer from their home town, that the florist would never deliver to. What a joke.
