A very happy and prosperous new year to you all. I had a customer ask me if I was in Santa Cruz. She was ordering flowers for someone in Santa Cruz and calling from another state. I told her my address and that we had been in SC for over 60 years. I thanked her for asking.

I had a similar experience with a customer yesterday, and our chatty discussion led her to call several family members who called us to provide their funeral pieces. They had all planned to call 1-800. I'm having to work on New Years Day to fill the orders, but each one is a blessing!
