Some interesting bits of info on Google PageRank:
Loosely defined, Google PageRank is a measure of the overall importance of your site based on "votes" (links) from other sites and links within your own site.
However, it is a good indicator of crawling problems within your site. If you have a home page with a PR score and your internal pages have no PR score that's a sign that Google may not be crawling into your site. And that IS something to be very concerned about.
