Because most OG florist affiliates don't use 'affiliate links' (i.e. Commission Junction...) they're not yet recognized as 'affiliates'. Independently hosted sites to collect orders are still seen as 'clean'. See my RANT here.

The additional problem for search engines is that real local florists use the exact same products and product ID numbers as OG/affiliates so if they throw out the dOGs, they could well throw out the locals, too.

They (search engines) DO know this. We should do a much better job of helping them tell the difference.

I think your right cathy. Google is just playing with the levers!!

What i find weird is that the handful of TF products that I do have on our site get a ton of hits a day. No orders but its really weird since I use the same codes for their products. But the images now they are different.
