:dunceokay maybe not but I just discovered the way to get 2 use able stems from one stemof dendrobiums. cut it and flip the tip over... those little greens buds never open so I stripped them off and low and behold I don't have to wire that second stem. I realize it isn't going to get water but whenI wire it it doesn't either. I feel the light bulb burning the top of my head.
