The FTC is looking for comments on how they're going to handle the CAN-SPAM Act. They're considering is the use of "suppression lists."

Here is an entry to the blog that explains the basics of the proposed solution, and the many and extreme potential problems with it.

You can send them your comments online, via a form at the page linked at the end of the blog entry. But you have to do it by next Tuesday, April 20th.
