What a total jerk.
Get a call to see if we can fill a order that is FTD. if we can go online and look at the number at FTD.com. So I check it out on what I need etc. then I check his web site. His sites states they are no delivery fee and service charge but the arr. he wanted us to do is $99.99 on his site. He sent us $90.00 to included our delivery fee. So I phone the number and the girl had no answer for me so she put me on to him. I ask him how come I am getting $90.00 when he got $99.99 for the same arr. He tells me that the customer got 10% off at the checkout. I said there is no where on the site that says the customer gets 10% off. He then asked me if I was going to fill the order on Monday. I told him I was going to think about it this weekend. He then decided that he was going to cancel the order and then he called me a as*, moron, jerk, etc etc etc. He called me every freaking name he can think off.
I told him I will gladly make a complaint at FTd and since I am on it, I will with teleflora on Monday. Why is he still in business withthem. He should be another one kick out of the wire service.
I got the cancellation from him and this is what he told me on the cacellation. and I quote:
Cancel the order. Your an idiot to think we are going to let you hold our order for a whole weekend so you can refuse it after that. Complain if you will, you are a moron and we won't deal with you on this. Take your attitude and shove it....!!. end of quote.
I am writting a e-mail to Frank today and phoning Teleflora on Monday.
He has to be stopped.
