Thanks all,

I will be heading out this evening to an evening of chinese food dinner and fun and playtime at my best friend Danny's house with a bunch of friends...It will be good, I need some social time...

Tomorrow night I will be going to Ruth's Chris steak House in Boston for a lovely dinner with another couple then possible to see Wolverine at the movie theater with some friends from Vermont in town...It should be a lovely weekend...Not sure what my mom has in store for Sunday, maybe a cake, not sure now that I don't even eat cake or ice cream what she will do, maybe a birthday cannoli, I can at least tolerate that...

I got on the scale today and I officially have lost 200lbs from my highest ever weight...I am now down to 245 from 445...I feel like it is my first birthday of the rest of my healthy life...what more could I ask for, health and a oving family is really all I need in life...be nice if biz would pick up but I can deal with that if the rest is stable....Thanks for the birthady wishes, I appreciate the kind words and wishes...good day all...
