Well this THanksgiving will be more special for me.
This year we will be celebrating Jack arrival from the Heart Institute in Ottawa and we will be having thanksgiving dinner at his place. It is a pot luck THanksgiving meal, where we are all bringing a dish. I am bringing the stuffing.
I just finished it a little while ago, I have cooked these nice italien meat patties, after in the little bit of fat left over, I cooked onions, celeries for about 5 minutes, add mushroom and after that was cooked, I added again the sausage cut up this time, reheated everything with fresh cranberrries.
Took the misture, mixed it with sage breadcrum and added chicken broth and mixed together. Put it in a pan and now it is in the stove for about 1 hour.
Will let you know how it turned out.

By the way, I do most of the cooking at home. Debbie doesnt know much in the cooking dept.
