Okay so at the Bonnett (wholesaler we use in Illinois) show a few weeks ago my sales rep talked us into this tree for the outside of our building. We have used the poly mesh a little but never like this. Today has been a SLOW day here so I decided to break it out. WOW!! WOW!! WOW!!! This is going to be amazing when it's done! I ran out of the peppermint stripe so I have to make a phone call for more hehe. I was just wondering if you guys have used it for wreaths or what not, and if so do they sell well in your area. This tree would cost about $300 with our markup but it's an investment in curb appeal (at least that is what we told ourselves when buying this LOL). Here is the video I used http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmW_d8V6Xo4 and this much tree took me about 20 min. I bet if I knew what I was doing it would have went a bit faster. I am thinking I will need to invest in at least two of the wreath frames so when they see it outside they can come in and buy a scaled down version.

yes and it sold well here last year.

I made big bows for people for their doors instead of wreaths and hung balls and cones from them.
my planters out front where pine that mesh and big huge plastic balls. I got lots of comments on it.
I filled the one tree with it instead of garland.

and daily I use it on my mixed cut bunches to jazz them up and make them different then the grocery store.

Sweet! I think I'm in love =) I'm going to have to go shopping for more colors. I'm thinking of doing a local school color or 2 and selling school spirit wreaths. Working on a orange & blue one now, that covers Illini and 2 of our schools!

We've started using it on vase arrangements and plants/dish gardens, it's been pretty popular, I plan on ordering more in a few different colors. Just made a fall wreath to try and get a bigger look and better price point. We'll see if it sells when the local craft stores have already discounted their Fall wreaths, it's going to be tough.

One of J's videos from the Dallas market took place in the show room of the company that primarily sells Decomesh, can't remember if they are the manufacturer, I was pretty impressed by what they had going on. I decided to give it a go, really inexspensive way to give things a flare, that's for sure. I love it on wraps as well as the vases.

WRAP YOUR VASES IN IT!!! Customers will go NUTS!! And I mean NUTS!! We have been using it for about 5 years..but just recently started wrapped it around the bottoms of vases. People go crazy for it - like they have never seen anything like it!

Hobby Lobby also carries it over their Cards and Party ribbon section and when ribbon goes 50% off - poly mesh is included making it $5.00 a roll!!!

Talk about perceived value! Customers will think you added something very pricey to dress up the vase. We love it! And so do our customers.

WOW what a hit!

I made up an arrangement in a vase and use the mesh on it and the same arrangement with out the mess same price point on each. and guess which sold first!
thought it might be a one off so tried again .. nope poly wrapped vase was selling first both times.!

Thanks!

photo (1)-1.JPGphoto-2.JPGI'm having fun with this stuff. I have also wrapped vases, put in dish gardens and sold it by the roll. Love it! Need to find some footballs to put on the wreath though.
