A Manhattan hedge fund has smelled a good deal in 1-800-Flowers.com, the Westbury-based flower and gift retailer.
RLR Capital Partners has disclosed it has accumulated a 5.1 percent stake in FLWS, with more than 1.3 million class A shares, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
