Hello, I would like to introduce myself to you all.
My company is called Floralpride, and I am based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
I have been involved in floristry retail since the late 70's, and recently set up internet based sales.
I specialise in silk wedding flowers only nowadays, though previously I was more involved with fresh.
I look forward to :gossip:getting to know you.
 
Welcome to Flower Chat. You live in one of my favorite places in the world. A couple of years ago, my husband and I accompanied Ian Prosser, AIFD, AAF, NDSF and his family for a tour of Scotland. I went in every flower shop we passed. Maybe I was in yours.

Ian and his wife are from Scotland and she has become a travel guide for the country of Scotland which made it exceptionally wonderful. Ian and Fiona were also celebrating their 25th anniversary and had a huge party of American friends and Scotland friends at the Culladen House on Lock Ness. It is my goal to return to Scotland in the next few years. I can't believe that Ian ever left that place. Well, yes, I do understand, since he has overwhelmed the American people with his floral artristry.

Hello again floralpride we have chatted on the Britsh site. I sometimes go up to Aberdeen with Willie, so we will try and pop in to say hello.
 
Hello Carol, I am glad that you enjoyed your visit. With the guide you had, no one could have wished for more. We are around 2 hour drive from Loch Ness, and I have to admit that we don't get over there so much. Usually when we have visitors in the summer. I could say we have got lazy regarding the wonderful country that we live in.
I no longer have B+M, but did so for over 20 years. That used to be my excuse for not having the time to get out there and exploring.
I hope that you get another chance to visit and explore this part of our world.
