General Info: Started making bows in 1984 for a shop in Hinckley, IL. Went away to college for architecture and discovered "I love flowers!" Got my degree in Horticulture/floral design at Kishwaukee College in Malta, Il. From there I went to Mackinac Island, MI as a gardener for Grand Hotel. I helped in the flower shop as often as I could and the following year was asked to manage the department. I spent 10 "GRAND" summers on the Island and an additional 5 helping as often as they needed. I settled into Ravenna in 1999 and began helping at the local shop. In a crazy whirl wind 6 weeks, I went from a sporatic part-time employee to a flower shop owner in the fall of 2006.
