Help! Cymbids with yellow in middle or just white

I have a bride w/all yellow and white flowers this weekend. The cymbids came in with burgundy throats. The wholesaler says that's how they all look right now. I can't believe that.

Anyway this bride doesn't want ANY color but white (w/a touch of yellow, but spray is my friend at this point).

I am wondering if any of you know of a source that can get something just plain white in a cymbid to me in Wisconsin in the next couple days. Eek!

Tried removing the middle part, you can still see some burgundy. Tried june.com and flowerbuyer, nothing in my color. :purpletea

tried japeht or royal orchid instead of cymbid? or catts?

Thanks Tracy, we got it worked out. I am doing some white dendro, some yellow cymbids and yellow/white cattleya (sp?) will be the dominant flower. Just panicked for a second there. This is the biggest wedding I've ever done and want it all to be perfecto!

ooo sounds pretty. Good luck - I know that panicked feeling w/ the cymbid thing, but reverse. Neede burg centers, they came almost pure white! So we made hand painted burgandy centers by brushing on JFF black cherry with a chenille stem. Gotta love improvising.

I am being a big copycat and twittering about the different phases of the wedding like Mocha Rose is going to; today's phase was big carts full of flowers and greening-in containers.

This bride has been the nicest bride, yes, wants what she wants (don't we all) but I really have liked working w/her and want her to be thrilled.

I love love LOVE that I have somewhere to come and ask for help and commiserate about this stuff.
