I am working on creating a Designer spot check form to help me monitor/evaluate the different arrangements from different skilled designers at our shop. I would like to have at least 10 "checking points" to evaluate the design, but I could use some help on this (the below is all I have).
*Order Specifics Accuracy
*Arrangement Form/Balance
*Perceived Value to Order Amount
*Mechanics of Container/Greenery
*Flower & Greenery Count Accuracy
*Recipe Labor & Addition Accuracy

Any thoughts/comments on this would be appreciated. Clay

How about "first in, first out" procedure, meaning they are using product in best order - newer product last, older product first?

Or time to make the design?

Product quality? (brown spots, broken foliage tips)

The firdt thing that comes to mind is waste on the floor?? Time it takes to make the darn thing..also do all shops do this???Just curious??

that perceived value is a tricky one....

We do big arrangements for $100 and also compact ones for $100...

What about color? That is always stressed at the design shows and in how to things.
