Off Topic Help with FB and Twitter

Can anyone help me out here? I am changing over our downtown non-profit mainstreet group from a "group" to a "fan" page. I did this some months back with Trig's Floral. At that time I was able to add an app so that my FB status updates went directly to my Twitter account. I'm trying to do the same thing now with our Downtown Rhinelander page, but I can only seem to get it so that the Twitter updates post to my FB status, not the other way around! I have gone back to the app a zillion times trying to edit and find how to make it work to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions?

We had the same issue as well. We wanted FB Fan page updates linked to Twitter and that worked. But then all of the sudden our Twitter posts linked with our personal facebook page. Weird.

Maybe it's a glitch in the system?

I did that a few months back and can't find that now either! I just checked...

I recently started using ping.fm - it allows you to make one post and have it broadcast over numerous social media applications. I like it. Maybe that would be a good solution for you.

HootSuite is a great one too -- I'm a newbie at it, but it allows you to manage all your social medias
