that the guy in the drivers seat DOESN'T expect the medical system to come to his aid, when he collapses after inhaling all the pathogens released by this stunt.

Dang for a minute there I thought I caught a whiff of burning rubber....
Having been one to do those silly stunts, like bleach burn outs in the high school parking lot, or pulling wheelies with my 68 Camaro down the middle of a 5 lane in front of McDonalds I gotta say...never seen FIRE on the tire like that before....
