Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I'm trying to keep it quiet so no one local finds out so I can buy land for our new store!
I called one of the real estate agents yesterday and for a piece of land on the "golden mile" here in little ol' Bay Roberts that is 100' x 200' they want $ 50,000!!! I know that they're serviced and all but that's a bit high; they even gave me a choice of 2 lots side by side and one was half swamp!!!

Do you remember the old lotto 50. 50 cent ticket on $50,000. every Friday, well its now tag on lotto 649 and super seven , $1.00 gets you a shot at $100,000. Wednesday night someone in Bay Roberts won , just checking to see if there was another big party upcoming at Rock's, don't hurt to ask.

Here's the scoop! Apparently an elderly gentleman from here did win the $ 100,000. but since I'm not elderly it wasn't me!
