As one of the top senders in Canada, TF would not give me a Dove interface for my MAS system. At the same time our TF rep, Sue, retired and was replaced by the "beloved" Richard (big step down). TF.com went 80/20, Daisy support started to tank (quality people, no corporate support), and a few people at TF lied to me.
On the flip side, Frank @ FTD has been nothing but gracious in the years we were away, I had a great night @ the OFC with Mike Soenen, our FTD rep Tim Casson (FTD's rep of the year) is coming through with fantastic service ...
It seemed to be a pretty clear choice. All is not perfect - we've had screw ups with FAH, Merc Direct, Cash-Flo isn't active yet, did I mention FAH?? ... But it's progressing.
Once we have MAS fully installed with our Merc Direct interface we are going to steam roll forward like no other florist in Canada (at least until I sell a few more MAS systems!!).
