I was watching some HGTV this afternoon and came across this, here is the question, Don't you guys think the roses foliage will fall off? Not that its such a big deal, but it would worry me to try this over the bed, but I was happy to see flowers used, and the narrator recommended "having a great relationship with your local florist", which was nice to hear....

we buy and dry (in our back room) spray roses and standard roses for decorated wreaths for a wholesale wreath factory.
No the foliage does not come off unless disturbed (like if you dusted them after they were hung). As a matter of fact, all our stems are stripped of foliage before we put them out to hang.

UGH can you imagine sleeping under all that dust after time? Not something I would do and I love dried roses.
