How do i delete Cache or temporary internet files?

Could any of you techies pls help, my new website is showing as my old one and i have been advised to delete the cache or temp internet files.

Unfortunately, this sounds russian to me, could anyone tell me (like you would a 5 year old) or maybe not that complicated how to do it??

Pull up your page, hit the CTRL & F5 keys at the same time.

Depending on the browser your using, there are options under TOOLS> Options> Cache...

Thanks Boss, tried the f5 thing but it did not work, where do i find tools?? I told you i am daft..

click on tools(at top of your PC, should see, file,edit,favorites,tools, help)
click on tools, then click on internet options, then click clear history

It can also be how often you internet provider clears there cache.
