How I wish that the Canadian TF HQ...

ran the entire Teleflora empire!
My discovery is nothing new...I needed some answers,and some fixes, and had ZERO luck with the US offices because it was THEIR problem, BUT, I had to turn to the fabulous Canadian office to get my problems solved,and solved they were!!
TF HQ in the States, needs to turn over the day to day operations of the florist business to the gals at Canadian HQ, and THEN see how Mikey would have likely STAYED a TF shop!!
I KNOW that some of them read this board...Much thanks from Mikey at Holden's!!

Isnt that what we tried to tell you earlier Mikey. Teleflora beats FTD hands down in my op[inion on customer service in the canadian office. Without their help matters arent solved as fast.
Good job to the HQ staff in Toronto. ALso I will say that the staff at Daisy is fabalous also. I had a minor trouble that was lingering for a month and finally got it all fixed up.
