How many stems?

This little pew wreath is adorable that a bride has brought me for her wedding.
How many dend. stems do you think is in this wreath?
Was going to make a wreath structure from heavy wire and simply begin wrapping the orchid stems. Sound good or is there a better method?

Could you do this with a premade orchid garland? Just a thought to save you time and money. It looks like you could loop one garland around a few times.

Taiwanese Orchids...maybe 10-15 stems (hard to tell from that pic)

Hawaiian Orchids...perhaps 5 stems

cute idea, I like it except that one orchid on the bottom a bit to the right, break that sucker off then take the pic!

Having strung orchids before--I'd go with the premade!
