How many times have they asked you?

Just wondering how many times you have been pestered by FTD to buy their Mothers Day Containers. I have received 3 general messages today and 2 e-mails alone , and have been recieving roughly the same for the past couple of days. Have already told a phone rep , didn't want them and to please stop bothering me about them. Just thankful I disabled the printer so that the general messages have to go to a print preview and can delete them.
 
We've gotten several messages over the last three days - our FBC is on holidays so we're waiting until we complain. Between the emails, faxes and Merc messages, they're well beyond annoying.

It's TF also. Have 8 calls in the past two weeks wanting us to codify................no thanks! And when I told her that we were considering resigning, her smooth customer service response was " Well, that is certaily your decision to make". Click. Yep it sure is.........for now there is only one team that even remotely seems to give a crap. And it ain't TF!
 
Yup, Don't forget TEL!

I'd say TEL is the worst! Yea, sure, you get Merc. GEN's here and there. But, I have not gotten ANY phone calls from FTD. And if I do, it's from my Rep. Barb - she's GREAT!
TEL on the other hand borders on harrisment!
I have NO DESIRE to BUY my THANKSGIVING containers in MARCH so that they can ship in JULY!!!!
I kid you not, this HAS happened. In fact, I no longer respond to ANY TEL telemarketing efforts. My staff refuses ALL TEL calls, unless it is our area/regional rep.

TEL used to harrass us (on our toll free number , no less) until I dropped them because of the higher cost, the "headquarters" orders (from their OG's) and their harrassing phone calls to sell us containers, over and over and over.....
I wish that FTD would stop sending their merc messages, I bloody well know by now when the order/codification deadline is and I know I didn't order the conatiners I don't want!!! Funny, one message I needed I didn't receive in spite of the smart ass Member service twit who told me I did; Fleurin rate change in Feb.
 
Five calls in three weeks from TF to buy holiday containers. What is it about NO you do not understand. I love getting into it with them. By the time we're done I have discombobulated them and I am smiling! But, then I have fun with lots of telemarketers. It's my hobby you could say!

I just hate it when they call during busy times.
 
That's what I did called HQ , got national sales rep and told her that if I ever wanted one of their containers I will call if not don't call me at all or I will just drop Teleflora like a sack of dirt , haven't received any calls other than from my rep.
 
Funny ... TF rarely bothers us, but FTD still does. We haven't been members for almost 2 yrs :)
 
Look, guys and gals, they are both in the same boat. They are both annoying when they want to sell their codified product. THe staff that calls is doing their job. BOTH companies should have a system that should flag the caller not to call or solicit from a shop. In today world of computers, I am sure someone can come up with this type of program. FTD is a guilty as teleflora. With FTD they bombard you with daily e-mails and merc message. At least with teleflora you get phone calls and you can discuss with them different options.
Now I am sure you would be peeved off if all of a sudden the due date comes by and you havent ordered your codified products for a holiday. Because you missed the codified dateline you are not happy. So Both companies should look at their order policy and fix this at once. I will tell you this, I ordered the combo mother's day pack from FTD at the convention. THe only item I did not get was the M4 because I thought I did not want it. They kept sending me message. You would think they would realize that I ordered everything else except that one that I am happy with what I ordered. Nope, they kept sending weekly message that codification is near and I have not ordered the M4.
I guess it all depend on who you favorite the most. AS far I am concerned they are BOTH GUILTY.

The last phone call (yesterday) I got from TF about holiday containers - well the conversation started out like this -"Hello, I have a note here that you asked not to be called about holiday containers anymore , BUT I know they did not give you the offer I am going to offer you - blah, blah, blah". So even when they know you don't want to be called they still do it. But like I said, I just have fun with them if i have time. If not I say no thanks and hang up and I do not wait for their response.
