Does FTD have to send over the mercury the information about Co-op advertising for Mother's Day and the Las Vegas Conference. Getting it a s much as 2 times a day here.

What of waste of paper at my end again.....

Wish they would stop it.

If you are persistent....

you can get all that junk stopped. Before we quit FTD 4/30/03 I got it stopped. All the important stuff stillcomes through, it's just the advertising junk they will stop. You have to be persistent though. At first it didn't stop after they said it would so I called back and complained to someone higher up than the person who answered the phone. It did stop. About six-eight months later it started again. Another phone got it stopped again.

So whatever they tell you - this was my experience, not just heresay.

We've gotten it three times via email now - I have my email set up to throw it into a spam file. The paper versions get tossed into the recycle paper bin. Do like I do, send your complaints to Frank, you'd be amazed how quickly they're resolved.

I still get the Marketplace ads and email bulletins. We haven't been FTD for 2 yrs. I suggest saving paper copies of everything and mailing them to Frank. :tongue

We still get it all also and we are no longer FTD.
On the e-mails there is a reponse link to get yourself off of the e-mail list. Every time we have recieved an e-mail from FTD for the last 6 weeks I have responded with a take me off the list.
Still getting them!
