How to wrap posies?

I know that a lot of you do your wraps this way and I have tried, and tried but I can't get it right. I used to wrap them with waxed tissue, diaper style,(only because it was how I learned to do them) but recently have stopped doing this because I don't like the way it looks. I want to do them, stems showing, wrapped with the brown kraft paper.
