I just became a preferred florist at this venue. It's in a turn of the century building called The Academy. Very ornate, very traditional chapel setting. The other preferred florist is VERY old-school and traditional in her decor. They added me as a second vendor because they wanted to offer a modern alternative for their brides. (BTW, brides do not have to use one of us, we're just on the vendor's preferred list)
I would like to do up some arrangements and have a photo shoot at the site. I welcome your input! So... how would you decorate this venue in a more modern style, while still complimenting the gorgeous traditional architecture?
I've only done one wedding there, here is what I did.
