How would you design this?

I am wanting to create something that is seen in the UK and Australia.....It is called the "Living card" It is a design that looks like it is designed inside and through a large greeting card.

if I were to use a normal type greeting card in this manner, How would you create the design?

Particularly in regard to container and how to waterproof the paper card?

Ricky I would use nice paper from a craft store... I would make sure that the paper stayed away from any water while making it or have the paper laminated after I had cut the hole and then cut the lamination part out.

Just looking at it.. that is what I would do. Hope this helps...

Laminators are pretty cheap anymore. That would need to be a pretty large card for the verse to show behind the flowers. Would I keep a large card with a big hole in it from a loved ones service? not sure.

As far as I know, There is no verse.........just a blank card.
