Well it looks as though my current tenants are not going to be moving out. They have decided to reconcile and will try to stay together. So looks like I will not have to worry so much about finding a new renter this winter!!! I am so happy....this news just made my week!! WHEW!! Ok I am still wanting to bring in the extra income though just in case! Girl's gotta have a plan B...right?

That's good news... I hope it works out! I would be a liiiiittle apprehensive about a feuding couple (hopefully lovey dovey now) in my house, tho. Imagine plates flying, doors slamming, etc. Hope they're being nice to your house!
