first hand, the inner workings of FTD's "Quality Assurance" program, and I can FINALLY SAY, that these funds are being used for THAT which they ARE intended!!
There is NO QUESTION, that in years past, the introduction of QA was met with very stiff "resistance", and the monies raised somehow managed to find their way into general operating revenues.
With Mike Soenen's move to the "top" there have been some interesting developments...ONE of them being, the "targeting" of QA for it's intended purpose.
I watched a very nervous FBC be put in a position, where this FBC was to hand deliver 4 QA envelopes, and ONE of them was SEALED....on purpose!!
Test orders ARE in continuous circulation where warranted, and "warnings" AND "expulsion" are NOW not an uncommon practise.
For those of you that were "hoping" for this program to be what it was INTENDED to be, you have your wish, and for those of you "hoping" that this would never happen, maybe a soul searching should be in order!!

Are they testing the affiliate 'gatherer' websites and their advertising for truthfulness, too? I've got a list of folks that should have been shut down yesterday for all thier violations of US, Canadian, state and local laws.
